The TrueLab™ System Checker will now attempt to determine whether your computer is capable of connecting to the TrueLab™ environment.
To verify your connection to the TrueLab™ environment, complete the following steps:
- Reply "Yes" or "Accept" if prompted to accept the Hatsize Security Certificate.
The System Checker will try to connect from your computer through your firewall or proxy to the TrueLab™ environment.
- If you receive a status of Success, your system is configured correctly to connect to the TrueLab™ environment.
If you receive a status of Failed, please go to the FAQ and review the Technical Support information provided there. If you still receive a status of Failed, review the TrueLab System Checker Troubleshooting.
- Use the Performance Matrix to determine your probable response time based on past user experience given your "Average Latency"
