Welcome to the Sun Learning Services Open Learning Center (OLC) Help Pages

The OLC provides you with everything you'll need to complete your self-paced lab, including:

• FAQs - Questions and answers about a variety of connection and usage topics.
• Lab Forums - Threaded discussions in which you can submit questions about lab content to the experts.
• Lab FAQs - Detailed Frequently-Asked Questions (FAQs) tied specifically to the On-demand Lab you are performing.
• Connectivity Testing - The ability to verify that you have the correct version of Java and a fast enough Internet connection to complete a self-paced lab (see Links below).
• Lab Materials & Connection to the Gateway - Users who are entitled to training can access that training from the SLS Community Portal.

Before you Begin

Before you begin your lab session, you'll want to verify your client system has a supported version of Java, test your point-to-point network latency (for performance characteristics), and read up on the use and functions of the TrueLab user interface.
